Quality standards support

We offer support before and after Care Quality Commission (CQC) compliance inspections, including developing staff skills and competencies, and advising on changes to working practices.

Our pre-inspection services include carrying out objective assessments and audits of your current environment and methods, and suggesting plans for improvement.

If you call us in following an inspection to help redress specific shortfalls in performance and standards, we’ll help you set priorities and tackle the areas of greatest concern. We’ll recommend changes to your procedures through service reviews, and design and run training to improve staff skills.

Our practitioners have diverse backgrounds and skills, so we can work with clients in many different health and social care settings. These include care homes, health providers, social care services, voluntary agencies, housing associations and telecare and telehealth organisations.
