Contact with individuals using services, and those who support them, to make them aware of changes before they take place, and help for them to adapt successfully during any transition period
Identifying staffing changes and any recruitment needs to support a new service or organisational change, including job descriptions with specified skills and competencies
Drafting supporting policy and procedure documents, guidance, or manuals
Training to help staff develop the skills needed for a new service or way of working
Regular feedback and progress reports
Post-project or programme support, evaluations, or service reviews
